Irish couple who have moved to Perth about a month ago and are now on the hunt for a room to rent from the start of January. We’re ideally looking north of the river, close to the CBD or the coast, but open to options.

Both 25 & working full-time in healthcare and tourism/hospo

Friendly, easy-going and love a chat, but also respect personal space

Clean, tidy and considerate in shared areas

Non-smokers

Usually out working during the day, relaxed evenings at home or out exploring Perth

Very reliable with rent and bills
