Hey! I’m 29 and currently completing my postgraduate studies full-time. I’m looking for a place to call home in Adelaide, with a budget of around $200 per week, and I’m flexible with suburbs and living arrangements.

I’m not currently working due to my full-time studies, but I plan to transition into full-time employment in January. For now, I’m simply looking for a quiet, comfortable and stable place to call home while I focus on my studies and prepare for the next chapter.

I’m respectful, tidy and easygoing, and I value good communication and mutual respect in a shared household. I don’t smoke or drink, but I’m completely fine with what others choose to do themselves. I’m non-judgmental and believe everyone should feel comfortable in their own home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a peaceful household where everyone respects each other’s space and can get along without any drama.
