Hi! My name’s Liv, I’m 26, and I’m looking for a short-term, private room now for 3/4 months. ideally 1-2 other flatmates and already furnished. My budget is $250-330pw, and I am looking in only or very near the city centre as I don’t have a car.

A bit about me: I’m originally from the US and have been living in Paris for the past three years. I’ve decided it’s time for a new adventure and am moving to Australia! I love to travel and stay active. Festivals/concerts, scuba diving, skiing, reading, cooking, animals, art, and history are all big interests of mine. I’m pretty extroverted and love meeting new people and spending time with friends, whether it’s grabbing a drink, going dancing, trying new places, or just hanging out at home. That said, I also value my alone time, so you can too!

I’m currently located in Melbourne, but planning to go to Tasmania to fulfill my I’m 88 days for my second year WHV. So I am currently looking for a full-time job in hospitality, but you will never have to worry about me being short or not paying on time. I’m very easy-going, open-minded, respectful, and clean, and I’d love to live with people who are keen to be friends rather than just coexisting. Overall, looking for a place to call home that can be social and fun while also being cozy and courteous. My only real ask is that shared spaces are kept tidy.
