Hi there! I am writing on behalf of my son, a polite and reliable student from South Korea, who will be starting his studies at QUT in early 2026.

He is very well-prepared for life in Australia. He already has experience living with a homestay family in Brisbane for 9 weeks in late 2023, so he’s very familiar with Australian household etiquette. Also, having graduated from an international school in the Solomon Islands, he is a fluent English speaker and very comfortable in a multicultural environment.

As a typical studious Korean student, he has a calm and tidy personality. He will be focusing on his studies, so he’ll be very quiet at home. He is a non-smoker, non-drinker and takes great pride in keeping his living space and common areas clean.

He prefers to cook his own meals, so he’s looking for a place with kitchen access. He values privacy but is also a friendly person who enjoys a polite chat. We are looking for a warm and safe home where he can stay long-term.
