Hi everyone! I’m a Korean student looking for a long-term room in a convenient location.

I have a very consistent and busy routine. I study in the morning and work in the evening, so I’m looking for a place very close to the City with easy access to public transport (as I don't have a car).

📍 Preferred Areas: Brisbane City, South Bank, Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley (near James St), or any suburbs within a short commute to the CBD.

Personality: Very clean, tidy, and a quiet person.

Habits: Non-smoker, Non-drinker. I don't party and I respect others' privacy.

Lifestyle: I spend most of my day out for study and work, so I'll be a very low-maintenance and respectful flatmate.

💰 Budget: $300 - $350 per week (Must include all bills)
