Hi! I’m Luca, 24, from Montpellier in the south of France. I’m calm and laid-back, but I can be sociable and enjoy going out from time to time. I like a balance between relaxing at home and discovering the city.

I’ve been living independently since I was 18, so I’m responsible, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m not a neat freak, but I don’t let things get messy.

I’m planning to work full-time in construction (BTP) while I’m in Australia, so I’m focused on my work, but I also enjoy sports (gym, boxing), music, and exploring new places in my free time.

I’m looking for a friendly flatshare where everyone respects each other, shares responsibilities, and gets along well. I’m planning to stay for about 3 months, just to settle in, experience the city, and then see if I stay or move on. Ideally, I’d like a place with a weekly rent around $300.

I’m arriving in April with my Working Holiday Visa and I have savings ready, so rent and bond are no problem. I think I’d make a reliable and easygoing flatmate, and I’m excited to meet people and share a good living environment.
