My name is Ezekiel. I’m a 33-year-old male from the Philippines, currently working as a Resident Doctor. I’ll be transferring from Liverpool Hospital to St George Hospital / The Sutherland Hospital and am looking for a private room to rent from around the first week of February.

I’m really just looking for a calm and respectful place where I can properly sleep and rest between shifts, study during my downtime, do my laundry, and heat or store food in the fridge and microwave. My work schedule can be quite demanding, so a quiet and peaceful home is very important to me.

My preferences are:
• private room (bed preferred; study table/chair or desk if available)
• shared bathroom is fine
• stable internet
• bills included
• access to fridge and microwave
• laundry access
• off-street parking preferred (street parking also okay)

Location-wise, I’m looking for somewhere near St George Hospital or close to Carlton or Kogarah Station.
