Hi, I’m a 24 year old female looking for a place in north Brisbane / Moreton Bay Region.

I work full time (M-F) as a retail manager. My hobbies include arts and craft, reading, movie watching, occasionally gym, and hanging out with my friends. I have a bubbly personality, but do like my down time and am not a big party person.

I’m a tidy person and happy to contribute my fair share to household chores.

I would like to live with 1-2 other people in an inviting home with shared living spaces. I would like to be able to invite around a friend or my boyfriend (26 year old, health care worker) to hang out.

My wish list includes,
- Own bathroom
- large bedroom
- onsite parking (can be street parking as long as there is plenty)
- proximity to a train station
- Air conditioning is preferable

My max budget is $400/wk inc bills if it ticks all the boxes.

I have my own bedroom furniture, some general furniture, kitchenware and appliances.

I have no pets, but I love cats. Sadly, I have a dog allergy, so I cannot live with indoor dogs, but outdoor dogs are okay.
