Hello, I'm looking for a room in a share house in Northern Sydney. I'm an Electrician working full time with a job already lined up for when I arrive in Sydney. I'll be relocating from Melbourne during the last week of January my ideal moving in date would be between the 26th-28th January. I'm clean, quiet, tidy & easy going. Looking for a sharehouse with like minded house mates. Ideally I would want to be able to park my work Ute off the street (driveway is fine). Also a room with working AC is a huge bonus.
