Looking to move into a sharehouse between Hammond Park and Applecross. A little bit about myself:

25, self-employed running a gardening business.
While I do spend a lot of time working, I do still like to live an active lifestyle, goong to the gym and doing outdoor activities.
Looking for a somewhat sociable household, but can also fit in to those who want some privacy in the home.
Non smoker, non drinker, non drug user (unless it's a really strong coffee).

What I can offer to the new house:
Monthly professional level gardening service if required.
Rent inspection reports of my current occupied unit demonstrating clean and tidy areas.
Can also bring some of my own furnishings and goods for shared use that are at my current property.

Leave/move in period would take 3-4 weeks to organise a lease takeover of my current unit in Mount Pleasant. Looking to commit to a home for 12+ months. Happy to answer any further questions and provide more details.
