Looking to move into a sharehouse somewhere in the Aubin Grove and Cockburn area. A little bit about myself:

25, self-employed running a gardening business.
While I do spend a lot of time working, I do still like to live an active lifestyle, goong to the gym and doing outdoor activities.
Looking for a somewhat sociable household, but can also fit in to those who want some privacy in the home.
Non smoker, non drinker, non drug user (unless it's a really strong coffee).
I can also offer gardening maintenance if required.

Leave/move in period would take around 2 weeks. Looking to commit to a home for 12+ months. Happy to answer any further questions and provide more details.
