My partner and I are a quiet, responsible couple currently in Western Australia on Working Holiday Visas. We are seeking a 6-month lease initially, with the intention to extend if the arrangement suits both parties.

As this will be our first independent rental, we are especially mindful of maintaining the property to a high standard. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and live a calm, tidy lifestyle.

We are financially secure, with several thousand dollars in savings, and are happy to pay several months’ rent upfront to provide reassurance. Bond and rent are available immediately. We are actively seeking employment locally and are ready to move in straight away.

We would take excellent care of the apartment and treat it as our home.
