Hi there! 👋 We’re Maria and Jorge, a professional couple in our late 20s, currently looking for a private room for a long-term stay in Perth.

We’ve been living in Australia for the past two years, so we’re very familiar with local rental expectations. We can happily provide references from previous landlords and employers from the East Coast, where we’ve been based until now.

Jorge has worked as a bartender and personal trainer, and I’ve worked as a waitress and visual merchandiser at H&M on the Gold Coast. We’re both reliable, tidy, respectful and used to sharing homes with others in a considerate way.

We’re ideally looking for a stable and peaceful home, as we enjoy having a routine, keeping a clean living space, exploring the area and planning the occasional weekend getaway. We’re friendly and social but also value personal space and a calm household.
