Rhys

Hey! I’m Rhys, 28, currently working full-time as an Assistant Property Manager (Monday–Friday). I’m Geelong-based and pretty settled here long-term.

Outside of work I’m heavily involved in community sport - football and netball in particular - and I’m also a head netball coach. During footy season life can be busy, but day-to-day I’m quite routine and easygoing. I enjoy music, cooking, keeping active, and spending time with my family. I’m generally pretty independent, keep to myself during the week, and appreciate a calm, respectful home environment.

I also have a 4-year-old Border Collie who is high-energy and still a work in progress with training. He’s friendly and very people-oriented, and I’m proactive about managing his exercise and behaviour. I’m realistic about his needs and would only be looking to live with people who are comfortable around an active dog.

I’m clean, organised, and considerate of shared spaces. Definitely not a party house person - more a good chat, shared meal, or winding down kind of vibe. Working in property management, I understand the importance of looking after a home and being a good housemate.

I’m looking for a place with like-minded people who are friendly, respectful, and value open communication. Ideally a relaxed household where everyone feels comfortable in their own space but can also have a chat or hang out occasionally. I’m keen to find something long-term and make a place feel like home.
