Hi, I am an international student from the Philippines studying at ANU this 2026 , sponsored by the Australian Department of Defence. I have lived and worked previously in the Philippines within the Military and Defence Department. This property is ideal for me due to its close proximity to the University and local transport. I am receiving a fortnightly income of around $2,000 and will be able to comfortably cover the advertised rent and bond required.
