Hi! I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne in 2020 to begin full-time work in the APS. I don't know much about the city, or many people that live there, so I'm looking forward to exploring what's on offer and making new friends. I'm a keen traveller and lover of the outdoors, and I'm hoping to get into cycling and mountain bike riding more when I'm in Canberra. I'm a big fan of sports, playing soccer myself, but also being a passionate follower of the AFL. My free time outside of work will most likely be taken up be keeping active and also socialising at cafes / bars. I'm an organised but easygoing person, and will always make sure that I am a reliable and trustworthy housemate in terms of housework and finances. I respect people's privacy but also would hope to live with a group of people that I can easily get along with as friends. Ideally, I'd like to live in the inner suburbs, but will consider further out if needed. Overall I'm not too fussed, I'd just like have my own room and have it finalised around the start of Feb. Feel free to message me if you might be keen to team up!
Hiya, I’m studying Health Science at ANU (will be second year in 2020). I like to play badminton, I love plants and tea, and I’m clean and tidy :) I'm looking for somewhere to live near ANU and some cool peeps to live with next year.
Hey, just scoping out housing options for late November to December this year. Preferably would want to live in Civic, Braddon, Turner or Reid. A plus if it's a queer household! Currently working full time in the public service. Love catching up for coffee, having a drink (or few) and dancing the night away. Get in touch! :)
Hi all!! I am 31 but look and feel younger 🙊. I have been living in Canberra for 3.5 years now and I love it! I finished my masters degree in IT last year from UC and now I am working full time at a cybersecurity training startup as a customer experience manager and business analyst 🤓. I am a social person but respect others privacy as well. Enjoy a glass of red every now and then, beer in summer, Netflix, music... but also going to the gym, running, hiking, biking, live music, travelling... probably many people say this even if it's not true but I am clean and tidy! 😀 I am after teamups or a room in Braddon, Turner, Reid, Lyneham, Dickson, Downer or the city where I can feel like home 🙂 Ask me if you want to know more about me 😉
Hi everyone ! I'm a 25 year old french gal Moving to Canberra in early october for work. I'm excited to discover the city. I'm used to living in flatshares so I'm (very) tidy, good at communicating and respecting people's space and I'm confident I can get along pretty well with anyone. In my spare time I love to go hiking, kayaking or exploring the city and testing out new restaurants. I also love to rest at home on the week ends and cook meals. I'm looking for a room in a non-smoking house or flat, preferably with other people working full time but I'm open to students as well ! Also if there’s NO carpeting around the house that would be a HUGE plus and I would sign a lease on the spot ! Feel free to message me if you want to know more about me. see ya !
I'm a student that works part-time as a public servant for the ACT Government. Looking for a house that doesn't mind some social activities, while also respecting my personal space due to my hectic schedule.
I'm a very kind and tidy person, I love to cook, especially for the others. I'm a social person, but respect others' spaces. I love movies and TV shows, but also music and books. I'll come to Canberra for an internship from September to December
Hello, I am currently working with the NSW Government and having secured a position in the ACT Government, i am planning a move to Canberra ASAP. It is a city i have fallen in love with. I am an early to rise and early to bed person. I am an easy and friendly person to get along with. I like to keep my surroundings clean, and expect the same from others. I enjoy movies, going to the library, reading fiction. I Also enjoy cooking various cuisines ( when i am not lazy). I am looking for not just a room. I am looking for a home where there is good energy (light, decor included) and people who i can say hello to. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I'm a future Law student trying to live on a budget but also trying to come to terms with the idea that my picture on this profile might not be positioned right.
I'm a full time professional looking for a tidy share with friendly housemate(s), preferably a master/large bedroom. I drive, gym, cook, read, movie nights, socialize etc. I'm considerate to live with and easy going. I have a bed, desk etc to bring, Happy to share a meal and drink or chat.
I moved to Canberra 18 months ago and work full time at The Canberra Hospital as a pharmacist. I am looking to move closer to the city as I really enjoy the vibe and what the city offers. I also have a number of friends who live in and around Turner and Braddon. I’m very social and enjoy playing social sport during the week. I’m neat and tidy and love to cook. I am looking for a house or apartment where my flat mates are keen to share a bev and a meal together.
I'm a 26 year old public servant looking for somewhere to call home as my current housemates have purchased units of their own. When I'm not at work I'm usually at the gym, watching TV or playing PS4. Happy to be social when others are up for it, but also enjoy my quiet time when I can. Not much of a party animal these days, just the occasional night out for important events. Neat, tidy and easy going looking for either two people to live in my existing townhouse, or for a room in another share house.
