Hi, my name is Maddison Piper.

I am 18 years old and am in the process of moving away from home to study Primary Education at University of Wollongong. I live in rural NSW, in a small town called Tumut. I have travelled to Wollongong a few times over previous years on holidays and I love it so much.

Unfortunately, I do not have any rental history, as I have been living at home. However, I am a very clean, tidy, and organised person who takes pride in maintaining my living space.

I do not have any pets and have no plans to own one. Mum does own a cute little miniature schnauzer called Pippa though.

I am a friendly, quiet person who enjoys reading, listening to music, camping, walking, going to the beach, and going to the gym. I am responsible, hardworking, and good at budgeting, so you can be assured that rent will always be paid on time and the property will be well looked after.

My parents are also happy to act as guarantors for the rent if required.

I have been working at Coles in the service department for the past 18 months whilst completing Year 11 & 12.

I am currently in the process of transferring stores to work at Coles in Wollongong, to ensure that I have a constant flow of income.
