Hi, I’m Unika 😊 I’m relocating to Newcastle for postgraduate study at the University of Newcastle and I also work in aged care. I’m looking for either a studio apartment, one bed flat or share accommodation around Charlestown, Cardiff (near Cardiff Station/Main Rd stops) , Glendale (near Stockland/Main Rd stops) ,Edgeworth, Cameron Park.
I’m calm, respectful and tidy. I clean up after myself, keep common areas neat, and I’m mindful of noise (especially with shift work). I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also value personal space. I’m reliable with rent and looking for a safe, comfortable place to call home.
