Super friendly, clean, and respectful 😊 looking for a Jan 12 move-in. Alina usually lives in NYC and will be staying with for the first month only. After that, it would just be Niels.

Niels: I’m originally from Belgium and have been traveling for the past 6 years — currently in Australia on a working holiday visa and planning to stay until May and possibly another year.

Ideally looking for a place around 30 minutes outside the city by public transport, with a budget of $200–$450.

We’re easygoing, tidy, and very considerate of shared spaces. We enjoy board games, sci-fi TV shows, good food and drinks, and relaxed socializing (huge bonus if you have a cat!).

Definitely not party people — more into the occasional pub drink or a chilled night in. We like good conversations but also really value quiet time and personal space. Overall, calm, positive, and very easy to live with.
