Hi, I’m Leah
I’m friendly, respectful and easy-going, and I really value a calm, comfortable home. I work full-time and keep a good routine, so I’m reliable with rent and bills and mindful of shared spaces.

I’ve previously owned two homes and rented two houses, all long-term arrangements. These were shared with my ex, and I’m now at a stage where I’m looking to find my own space again, while choosing a share house to help manage expenses and maintain a good lifestyle.

I’m clean and organised without being intense about it, I believe in pulling my weight and communicating openly so everyone feels comfortable. I enjoy a quiet night in during the week and am social without being a party person. I’m always happy to chat, share a meal occasionally, or give space when needed.

I also have a well-behaved dog, Angus, he’s a three year old Groodle. He’s friendly, calm, house-trained and part of my daily routine. I’m very responsible with him and respectful of shared areas.

I’m considerate, drama-free and big on mutual respect. I treat a share house like a home, not just a place to sleep, and I’m looking for a similar vibe with housemates who value trust, kindness and a positive living environment.
