I am Carl. I am in my early 30s and currently working as a researcher at a university in Sydney. Due to a work relocation, I will be moving to Perth in early April 2026 to commence a position at The University of Western Australia.

I have a stable academic career and am planning to build my life in Perth for the long term. Although my current contract with UWA is for three years, I expect to settle here and make it my home.

I am a respectful, reliable, and tidy person who enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle. In my spare time, I enjoy surfing, hiking, camping, indoor climbing, badminton, and swimming. I am currently single and will be living alone. I do not enjoy indoor parties and prefer a quiet, clean, and well-maintained home environment.

I rented my previous home in Sydney for nearly three years and always took good care of the property, maintaining it in excellent condition. I do not have any plans to keep pets, and I will do my very best to keep the property peaceful, clean, and tidy at all times.

I am hoping to find a warm and comfortable home in Perth, somewhere I can truly settle for the next few years. I would value the opportunity to rent a property that I can look after with genuine care and respect.
