Hi! I’m Karlijn, a 28-year-old marketing strategist who recently moved to Australia for a new adventure 🇦🇺

I’m self-employed and currently working formy own Marketing & Strategy business. Alongside that, I’ll be working part-time in the hospitality industry—a space very close to my heart as I am a true foodie with a degree in Hospitality Management. It feels great to reconnect with my hospitality roots during my time in Australia.

Currently staying with my sister and her partner in Fairlight, but looking for my own place from the end of January (somewhere between jan 29 and feb 4 oe anything from feb 9 onwards). In my free time I enjoy running, cooking, reading, writing, pilates and hiking. Love to be outside & on the beach :)

I love starting my days early with a workout, prefer keeping my home clean, organised, and well cared for, and creating a calm, positive living environment. I have over 10 years of renting experience across the Netherlands and Spain, and I treat every home with respect as if it were my own.

I’m currently looking for a short-term rental (up to 3 months), though I’m happy to discuss flexibility. I’m reliable, easygoing, and would love to find a place that feels like home while I settle into life in Australia.
