Hi there,

I’m Leo (24/male/bi) originally from Berlin and have spent the last 7 years working in a mix of creative and hands-on jobs: I used to DJ and work as a tattoo artist, and alongside that I’ve done construction gigs and waited tables. Lately I’ve been craving a calmer rhythm. I’m over the heavy partying scene and really looking forward to focusing on steady work, self-care, reading good books, and spending quality time with kind, creative people.

Why I think i’d be a great fit for your household:
I’m very clean and tidy.I like keeping shared spaces nice and always clean up after myself straight away.
I’m generally quiet and respectful of other people’s space and routines, but I’m also very social and love a good chat, cooking together, or hanging out if the vibe is right. I adapt easily to different house energies.
No wild parties from me. I’ve had more than enough of that life and I’m much more into chill evenings, maybe a board game, a movie, or just sharing a meal.

I’m open-minded, easy-going, and looking to live with people who are friendly, considerate, and ideally a bit creative themselves.Fitzroy sounds perfect for that.I already love the street art, cafés, and relaxed creative energy from photos and stories.
I’m planning to move in around the start of February and I’m happy to jump on a video call or come to an inspection/chat whenever suits you. I’d be working full-time (or close to it) pretty quickly, so rent and bills wouldn’t be an issue.
