Hi there!

My name is Kenta, a 24-year-old from Japan on a working holiday. I am currently looking for a cozy room in Perth starting from late January. I am planning to stay for at least 3 months, but I’m open to staying longer.

I have experience living alone in Japan, so I am very well-organized, tidy, and reliable when it comes to house chores and keeping common areas clean. I’m a non-smoker and I value a peaceful, clean living environment.

I am currently looking for a job in Perth. Please be assured that I have enough savings to cover the rent and bond upfront while I’m searching for work. In terms of lifestyle, I’m quite chilled and enjoy a quiet night. I’m social and always happy to have a friendly chat with my flatmates, but I also highly respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.
