We are able to lease the property immediately (ASAP).
I am new to Australia and arrived in November 2025. My employer provided one month of motel accommodation, and I am currently staying in a shared house. As a result, I do not yet have rental history in Australia.
We are permanent full-time workers. Our employer is Eagers Automotive and currently we are working in NMG Brandale.
We are committed to maintaining the property well and building a positive rental history.
We are happy to consider extending the lease in the future.
