Hi my name is Aleisha, I will be moving to Brisbane with my job in November and i am wanting to find a place to live. I am hard working and keep myself busy with this. I am friendly, outgoing and consider myself fun to be around. I do keep to myself a lot due to my busy schedule but would love to live with friendly people who are keen for a chat. I am reliable, clean and organised and respectful of peoples space. I would love to chat to you if you think i could be the room mate for you. :)
I'm looking for the new room to live in around North Brisbane area (You can offer me even it's not in my preferred location list). I'm a student in Brisbane from Thailand and have casual work. Movies is in my blood and music is in my skin. I'm an easy going person, keep clean and feel free to make friends with everybody. :) P.S. One of my interesting house is Damian's house at Dorville Road, Carseldine. But I can't contact him now because of Flatmates' system blockage. If Damian see this post, please message me by FB: Saroch Apichartkulchai. Thanks
Looking for a housemate to join us in January 2019 :) Are you our new housemate? A room will become available in our beautiful Geebung home from 11/01/2019. You will have your own full-furnished room in a sunny house, located 3 minutes from Westfield Chermside and Marchant Park. Your room is just $140 per week with bills split between the 3 of us. The house is located in a quiet street and has a beautiful back deck, front and rear gardens, and off-street parking. We are a walk to Geebung Train Station and a short train trip to Brisbane CBD! Also, the house is literally 500 metres from the nearest cafe :) Ideally you are aged 18-28, working and/or studying, smoke and drug free. You will be sharing with myself and my friend, 22yo female, who studies at ACU and works part-time. Please contact me to chat further! About me, I currently work full-time and in 2019 I will be studying full-time at ACU and working part-time. I'm friendly, respectful, clean, love a chat and also enjoy my downtime. When I'm not working I like to exercise, read, explore parks with my dog, socialise, visit cafes and churches, and volunteer. My sweet 3-year-old dog is very loving and offers many cuddles. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Jasmin and I met whilst in New Zealand and I'm reading to come home and Jasmin is joining me, we still don't have jobs yet but will have full time jobs by the time we move in. We are very tidy, polite and Well mannered we also love living a healthy lifestyle.
Friendly, Easygoing, artistic, happy to keep to myself. I'm a musician, DJ, producer and multimedia artist. Keen on most types of music. Love a good intelligent conversation. Adjust easily to different living situations. Clean and willing to work in with established rosters if applicable.
Looking to move ASAP. I'm 22 years old, in my final semester of a Bachelor of Communications/Arts at UQ. I work 4 days a week, and will move to full-time after graduation. I'm keen to live with like-minded people who are friendly but also respect personal space. I'm pretty laid-back and flexible so would be happy to fit into an established household or look to start one myself. I'm respectful of others and enjoy living in a clean and relatively quiet environment. I do need somewhere with a yard and a secure fence as I have a Cattle Dog Cross, Zoe, who will dish out endless licks to your face. She loves people and is keen to meet some new friends. I'm big into sport - I've played a lot of cricket, soccer, touch footy etc. and follow pretty much all sports with interest. I also play guitar - but will refrain from whipping it out at any given opportunity. Message me if you've got a place to offer, or want to have a look for somewhere.
I study media and communications full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove and sometimes work as a casual AV technician setting up corporate events. I've was living in a share house for around 3 and a half years and I'm currently living on the Southside in Tarragindi. I know how to tidy up after myself, the importance of a friendly chat and when to give others some space. It's important to find people who are comfortable with co-habitation and are prepared to communicate if any issues arise. I like to cook at home as often as possible, ideally in a vegetarian household, but this isn't always possible. I would like to play more music at home and be able to set up a guitar / bass guitar in my room without causing problems for people and yes, I'm respectful of noise levels. I like watching the news, current affairs, documentaries, and on-line TV series (Love The Handmaid's Tale/ Counterpart / Deep State / The Orville ). I like to attend live music jams, swim, do yoga in the park and meditate at home on a regular basis.
Hey guys, I’m 23 years old and currently working nights at Sullivan Nicolaides pathology in the city. I am a laidback type of person, always keen to chill or just do my own thing. I am clean and respectful and understand privacy. I am very reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills (my current roommate can vouch for me). I am looking for a place to live with a private room that has an ensuite or at least a private bathroom. I currently live on the sunny coast but looking to move closer to the city as that is where my job is. I am not into partying anymore but don’t mind a drink every now and then. When I am not working I am visiting my family, watching Netflix or studying medical science online. I would prefer a house (at least something with a little bit of grass) over an apartment as I have a small well behaved and clean Maltese cross dog who just loves people and anaimals and would be great if she could live with me. If you think I might suit you or your room let me know. Cheers
I work fulltime in a goverment job in the city and spend a majority of my spare time keeping active at gym or playing sport. I'm a considerate, tidy and social housemate. I'm always up for beers and a bbq. I have two large dogs (one is a great dane aka miniature horse) who are friendly. I have all my own furniture and I'll be responsible for maintaining the yard... you just need to bring yourself and your bed.
I'm easy going, professional in my field.. I have a beautiful 5 year old daughter, who I have on weekends.. I'm clean and tidy, self sufficient and will generally do my own thing.. I'm looking for residence with woman as is one stipulation from my ex. (Which is fine with me as I've lived with women basically all of my life..)
Clean, tidy and quiet person. Generally keep to myself, but enjoy the odd chat at night. Currently living 2 1/2 hours north in a town called Maryborough. Recently lost my job so am looking to move to Brisbane for a minimum of 3 months to try to find work.
Currently working part time. l am willing to do jobs for discounted accommodation. I can care for children, animals, clean, cook, do yard work etc. If you have anything specific in mind, just ask. I have some experience in the construction industry, a lot of housekeeping experience, some admin experience, childcare experience (have a current blue card) and some experience as a commercial cook. I don't drink, smoke or take drugs. I am comfortable with people having a few drinks around me, as long as they are respectful and clean up after themselves. If you smoke cigarettes I'd prefer the smell kept out of the home. I do not want to see cannabis or any drugs where I'm living, if you are an occasional user (once a month or less) it is fine with me as long as it is not done in the home and your behavior doesn't impact negatively on others. I am friendly, but quiet, easy to talk to and respectful of boundaries. I like my space, but can be social if we have things in common. I love music, animals, walks, camping, catching up with friends, stargazing, swimming, being creative, reading and having a good laugh. On my serious side I care strongly about the planet and do the best I can to slow the inevitable destruction of it, such as minimising waste, recycling and reusing things whenever possible, I avoid anything with palm oil in it, and I consume very little meat/dairy products etc. So I hope to find housemates who are willing to at least recycle. I have my own bed, bookshelf and desk.
Hey, I'm Anna and looking for a share house or team-up new roomies to create a little home. I am not the person to live with strangers I consider my roomies my friends. Would love to meet like minded pals who don't minding cooking badly made meals together, chilling out over Netflix or don't mind a good wine and cheese night. I respect personal space and would love someone who likes a livable clean space. :) Logistics: I have lived in share houses for around 5 years so I know the drill, good with cleaning, paying rent and all good with sharing my Netflix password :) ( lets be realistic). Looking to move around end of November/ start of December as that’s when my current lease is up. Putting the feelers out early as to find the right person :) I am looking for either a new place or to move into a ready made share house. I have a couches and a little bit of furniture so a new place is my preference. Little bit about me: I am 21 years old I have just graduated Communications. I currently work facilitating workshops for kids all around Australia to become little entrepreneurs. I am love indoor plants and on the weekend you can find me going on adventures or hitting up the markets to get some fresh veggies and Eggs Benny. Also I love cats so if you have one I can cuddle that's a plus + If this sounds like you feel free to shoot my a message and or we can meet up for coffee. :)
Hello, I'm Jade from South Korea. I'm a student learning childcare and I'm interested in learning mindful life so I started to practice yoga and meditation. I'd love to feel my flatmates like a family and share time. The place where I'll live must be clean and tidy and open communication between flatmates is the important thing for me to live together peacefully.
My name's Randy. I'm laid back, quiet person, and respectful of personal privacy. I pay my bills on time and I have a full time job Mon-Fri. Currently working on IT in CBD so I prefer somewhere close to public transport. I wouldn't mind pet dogs or cats at home if the flat permits it and as long as they are trained. Looking to share with tidy housemate and a non-smoker. I don't have much stuff to bring with me. My current lease expires in Jan 2019 and I'm looking to move by December 2018.
Been living in the city hostels for a few months now and desperate to move out and settle for the next year! I'm pretty occupied by sport most of the time but always up for doing something together as a group in our spare time. Already done the student living so not interested in going out 6 nights a week, but still want fun house mates to be around!
I am an international student at QUT, studying Construction Management. I am a clean and organized person, love to meet and get along with people. Would love to meet with the housemates whenever possible, go out with them for dinner/lunch. But also know how to keep things to myself and not disturbing others and respecting their privacy. I have a part-time job as well as a cadetship so would be busy with my stuff, but would love to hang out and have a chat every now and then. Also, I am interested in starting a new sharehouse together and ready to meet new and fun people in the way for creating a share house.
