I’m someone who values a calm and comfortable home. I’m reliable with rent and bills (I currently live alone) and work in the building industry, as well as run a small events business on the side. I enjoy a balance of having my own space and friendly chats around the house.

I also have a friendly, well-behaved dog named Olive (she’s a 4-year-old Italian Greyhound,4kg) who is part of my daily routine. I come with a new fridge and washing machine and all things in-between, so it’s absolutely fine if you don’t have much to bring. I'm also happy with getting a new couch or swape for yours as mine is tiny at the moment.
