I’m a Speech Pathologist relocating to Hobart to start a full-time role at Royal Hobart Hospital in mid–late March, and I’m looking for a comfortable, private place to settle into.

I’m friendly, calm, and respectful, and I really value having my own space at home — somewhere quiet to unwind after work. I work standard hospital hours and keep a fairly settled routine during the week. Outside of work I enjoy gym, walking, exploring, and cooking simple meals.

I’m very considerate as a tenant and take good care of where I live. I’m clean, tidy, and reliable with rent and bills. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and generally live a low-key lifestyle.

What I’m looking for
• Private room with ensuite, studio, or granny flat
• Furnished preferred (open to discussion)
• Budget around $350–400/week (flexible for the right place)
• Ideally close to Royal Hobart Hospital or public transport
• Quiet, peaceful setting
• Medium to long-term stay (6–12 months or longer)
