Hi there! My name is James or Jimmy and I’m about to start a new chapter on the Gold Coast as I begin my studies at Bond University.

I’m a qualified carpenter currently transitioning into further study, so I’m quite settled and value a balanced lifestyle. I’d describe myself as very down to earth, respectful, and easy going. I’m the kind of housemate who is always up for a chat or a shared drink at the end of the day, but I also truly value my own downtime and fully respect the privacy and space of others.

My Housemate Style
I really value a clean and tidy living environment. I’m definitely not a "clean freak," but I believe in "cleaning as you go" and keeping common areas looking good for everyone. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I’m looking for a household that shares a similar level of mutual respect and communication.

Interests
When I’m not at uni or working on my business ideas, I love staying active. You’ll usually find me outdoors, at the gym, or exploring the local area. I’m always keen for a chat about anything from construction to footy or travel.

Location: Ideally somewhere within a reasonable commute to Bond (Robina, Varsity Lakes, Miami, Burleigh, etc.).

Vibe: A relaxed, friendly home with people who are social but also appreciate a quiet house during the week.
