I am a reliable and respectful single student currently studying Nursing at UniSC. I have lived my whole life on the Sunshine Coast and value its relaxed, community-focused lifestyle. I always pay rent on time, supported by strong rental references, and take pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for home. I am currently do some casual work managing social media and advertising for a local dance studio. I am seeking a long-term rental where I can create a stable and comfortable home while completing my studies.
I also have a 1-year-old toy Cavoodle puppy, Winnie, who has only ever lived in an above-level unit and would adjust easily to a similar environment. She is fully toilet trained, non-shedding, washed weekly, and calm, affectionate, and well-loved by everyone she meets.
