We are a professional couple in our mid-twenties who have recently relocated to Melbourne and are seeking a long-term rental where we can settle and make a home.

We are both teachers working through ANZUK Education and have consistent, ongoing employment across schools in Melbourne. We value stability and are ideally looking for a long-term lease, with the intention of taking excellent care of the property.

We are responsible, respectful tenants who pay rent on time, communicate openly, and treat properties as if they were our own. We are quiet, non-smokers, and do not host parties. References from previous landlords and employers are available and can attest to our reliability and care as tenants.

As we have only recently arrived in Melbourne, we are currently residing in short-term accommodation while securing a permanent home. We are ready to move in by the required date and are happy to be flexible where possible.
