We are very much hoping to receive a reply within this week. Our move-in date for the new house is set for the earliest contract expiration date, which is around January 28th. We currently reside in Nedlands, Como Estate and Perth Switch Apartment respectively. The main reason for our move is that our current residences are too far from our university UWA, making the morning commute inconvenient. Additionally, all three of us have maintained excellent credit in our previous rentals and we are looking for a long-term residence, at least 2 years. Our financial resources come from our parents' regular savings and our personal regular savings, which are sufficient to cover all tuition and living expenses, including rent. If necessary, we can provide the details as an attachment later. Moreover, we pay great attention to hygiene and will regularly clean the house and keep it tidy. If needed, we can also help take care of the garden. Furthermore, none of us have a smoking history and we have no bad habits that would affect the neighbors.
