Hey! I’m Joe, 26, moved to Bondi at the start of Jan and looking for a relaxed, social place with good people.

I work full-time in a commercial role (Mon–Fri), usually out of the house during the day. Outside of work I’m into boxing, running, the gym, beach swims, and generally making the most of the Bondi lifestyle.

I’m clean, organised, and respectful of shared spaces, but not uptight. I like a place that feels like a home rather than a hotel — happy to hang out, cook together, have a chat or a drink now and then, but also totally respect personal space.

Non-smoker, reliable with rent, and easygoing. Ideally looking for likeminded flatmates who are friendly, active, and enjoy living near the beach.
