Good day,

My name is Maggie. I am currently living and working in Queensland and am looking for a long-term rental in a quiet, well-maintained residential area.

I will be living in the property with my partner and our two indoor, desexed cats. My partner works full time, and I am studying a Master’s degree while working part time. Together, we have a stable routine and reliable household income, and we are hoping to find a place we can treat as home rather than a short-term rental.

We live a quiet lifestyle and take good care of the place we live in. We do not host parties and prefer a calm, tidy home environment. We are responsible with rent and have rental and employment references available if required.

My Master’s program runs until March 2028, so we are ideally looking for a property where we can stay for the longer term. We would look after the home carefully and respectfully.

Our two cats are very calm, fully indoor, and used to apartment living. I am mindful of property condition and am happy to provide a pet resume and arrange professional cleaning when we move out.
