My name is Terry, I am 18 years old, and I will be commencing my Bachelor of Biomedical Science at The University of Queensland (UQ) in 2026. The degree is a three-year full-time programme, and I am therefore looking for a long-term rental for approximately three years.

I am a quiet, respectful and tidy person who values a clean and peaceful living environment. As a full-time university student, I spend most of my time studying and maintaining a structured routine. I do not party, smoke, or cause noise, and I always treat the property with care and respect.

I am specifically looking for a home that is clean, well-maintained, and quiet, ideally suitable for a serious student. I am happy to follow all tenancy rules and communicate openly with the landlord or property manager.

My family is very supportive, and rent will always be paid on time. References can be provided if required.
