Hey! I'm 24 and studying at UQ, interning with an accounting firm and working as a photo editor. I've lived in sharehouses for 5 years and my lease is up at the end of August so I'm hoping to move around the 10th. I have heaps of plants, a fridge, washing machine and other bits and pieces but will sell stuff if you've already got it. I'm keen to become good mates with whoever I move in with and the main things I'm looking for are good bants, respect, tidiness and reliability. I'm always down for house dinners/drinks/hangs but also keep to myself sometimes to study and will completely respect what everyone else needs space wise. I'm never late on rent or bills and I love having a cute and safe space to come home to so I'm just looking for people that are on the same page :)
Hi there! My name is Bryce, and I'm trying to find new place to live near the city. I study in the city and also looking for a new part-time job there too, so the accessibility will save me money! However, it's been hit and miss. And, I'm getting pretty desperate as my housemates' lease is running out soon, and they are also moving. So, I'm trying to see what I can find! I do have to be honest and admit that I don't have a lot of money left over after bills, though. Enough of that, though. Here's a little bit about me! I'm an artsy guy who has a passion for writing, drawing, painting, music and everything in between. I love cats (I don't own one!) and I also love gardens.I am tidy, clean and organised. Walking around in a mess upsets me, so I always make sure that everything is in ship-shape. Hopefully you feel the same way! Usually outside of study and work (when I land a new opportunity), you'd find me in my room keeping to myself, or relaxing amongst the garden. I'm an extremely likeable person, though I do love peace and quiet above all. I love talking to people on my wavelength who have similar interests! I also love retro Nintendo video-games, I own an N64 an NES and a Super Nintendo! I am a smoker, and will happily move away from the premises to go about my business, if needed!
Hey guys, me and my partner are looking for a shared accommodation in West End, Toowong, Padingten and nearby. Rent is about $200-$300/week. Moving planing in July. I'm Czech having stable part-time job as a chef and my partner is Malaysian working part-time job in a office. Both tidy, outgoing people liking dance, hiking, cooking and socialising. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I just finished a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences(Honours) degree at UQ specialising in Biomechanics. I hope to start a PhD at UQ next year and as such am looking for a place that is somewhat close to the St Lucia campus with public transport nearby. I work casually as a Uni tutor and am looking for a new casual administration job at the moment since I recently finished up as a Chiropractic assistant. I am looking for someone who appreciates the importance of surrounding themselves with inspiring people and living in a comfortable, yet classy and welcoming home. I am open-minded, accommodating and empathetic so it is generally easy for me to relate and get along with people. I think I ultimately want to be around someone who loves having a good time but also possesses the maturity to appreciate balance and the respect to care for their living environment. I am open to living with a guy or a girl. I have a girlfriend who I see once or twice a week and can visit her place on the east side of Brisbane. I am not addicted to any drugs, I do not have any pets and I don't have too much stuff to move in so the process should be quick and efficient.
29 year old female seeking accommodation. Open to sharing, team-ups, granny flats etc. Don't have a preference for gender or age, as long as you're nice and not a super party animal :) Would prefer Toowong/Bardon/St Lucia area. Am employed full-time at the University of Qld and outside of work enjoy spending time with family, friends and being active. Am friendly, respectful, clean and easy to live with. Am the kind of person who enjoys a drink and/or chat after work, but am happy to give you your space too. I have a small, female 1 year old Corgi who is very well behaved and friendly. Gets along with other dogs and loves all people.
I'm fairly easy going and relaxed as a person. I keep relatively quiet during the weeks, as I work full time so definitely respect your space and privacy as much as I value my own. I'm kind of quirky and am a good source of free entertainment most of the time, with a dry sense of humour. I prefer a clean and healthy lifestyle also, so I am mostly enjoying the outdoors on weekends, either with friends or spending time with family. I don't mind the odd whiskey here and there (or red wine if you twist my arm), but I don't make a habit of it, so don't expect a big partier. I am ideally looking for a room in a share house with no more than 1 other housemates. I would prefer something with my own bathroom, but am happy to share with one other for the right household. Hoping for a place for the next 6 months, with potential to stay on longer for the right fit.
Due to a job opportunity abroad, my current long term housemate is moving on so I'm on the lookout for a teamup with someone who is interested in longer term rental opportunities. As I'm looking to setup for at least 12-18 months, the ideal person would be of a similar mindset. Initial lease would be 6 months, appreciating the fact that you never know where the next opportunity may come from, or how well you click with a person. Outside of work, I am generally on my PC binge watching Brooklyn 99 for the umpteenth time whilst online gaming. Will mostly keep to myself but may invite for communal meals and group events (which are infrequent). Looking for unfurnished accommodation so if you're not the sentimental type and travel light, I have most communal appliances sorted. I am also a smoker, but I think of myself as a conscientious one. Before I have to put in a TL:DR, please don't hesitate to get in touch to discuss. I'm a reasonable guy and not judgemental, so if you have any habitual rituals that may be frowned upon, as long as they don't affect your ability to be a decent human I could care less.
