Ben

Kia ora from Auckland, my name is Ben. I’m originally from Inner Mongolia, China, and I’m currently studying Counselling at AIPC, with my studies finishing around April 2026. I’ll be moving to Melbourne at the end of February to continue my on-campus studies and to look for internship and work opportunities.

I’ve always lived with flatmates, and I consider myself a very good and respectful housemate. I’m tidy, quiet, and mindful of shared spaces. I’m very flexible — if my flatmates prefer a quiet home, I’m naturally quiet as well; if they enjoy occasionally cooking together or doing activities together, I’m also very easygoing and happy to join.

I’ve had experience both as a tenant and as a landlord, so I understand the importance of cleanliness, communication, and respecting boundaries. I’m considerate, and I always make sure not to cause any trouble for the household.

I’m honest, friendly, and enjoy meeting new people. In my spare time, I like playing tennis, staying active, and sometimes cooking.
