Hi everyone!

I’m a New Zealander of Chinese descent recently moved to Perth from China. I’m looking for a room for an initial 3 months (with a view to stay long-term).

About me: I’m sociable, easy-going, and enjoy a balance between a shared chat and respecting personal space. I’ve lived in NZ, China, and Germany, where I was known for being exceptionally clean and tidy (especially in the kitchen!).

My Situation:

Financials: Currently settling into the city and job-hunting, but I am fully self-funded with substantial savings. I’m happy to show proof of funds or pay rent in advance.

Lifestyle: Active and healthy. I’m not a partier, but I love a friendly, communal home vibe.

I’m looking for a clean, welcoming house with like-minded people. If you have a room, I’d love to hear from you!
