I have just joined Swinburne University of Technology as their new faculty and moving from Sydney where I use to work at The University of Sydney as a Lecturer/Scientist.
I am looking for a property or a granny flat that provides privacy and includes all amenities such as functional kitchen and Bathroom. I do have a car but flexible with off street parking.
My hobbies include books, creative writing and hiking. I also love movies and occasional get together with the owners of the property if they live in the premises.
