Jordan Truman and Jack

My partner (Jack, 28, male) and I (Jordan, 27, female) have recently arrived in Perth from the UK (Bristol) and are looking for a couples room to rent from February. Budget is $400-550/week.

* We’re clean, tidy and considerate
* Laid back and relaxed but also enjoy a good chat and laugh. Drama free. Very competitive at board games!
* We come as a pair but are also very independent individuals! We value making new connections and friendships from our travels so hope to do the same with our new roomies ☺️
* Love to cook up fresh and healthy meals and have family meals with flatmates
* Both will be working full time - Jack as a carpenter, Jordan in hospo
* We’re both very active (gym, running, walking, yoga, and rugby) and spend lots of time outside. We’re avid readers, and enjoy ending the night watching a movie or Netflix episode!
* We like the occasional wine or beer but definitely prefer to avoid hangovers nowadays! 😂
* We love to travel, to share/hear life stories, and to learn & try new things!
* We own our own home in the UK so appreciate living in a well looked after property and will look after any property as if it’s our own. We also have experience living in house shares from our travels in Canada, of which we have made life long friends, and can provide landlord references.
* Absolutely dog obsessed so would be thrilled if the property has a dog/any pets! Happy to help out with care and walks.
* We are non-smokers (prefer to live with other non-smokers, or at least not in the home!!🤢) have no pets, no furniture, and travel light with one suitcase each!
