Looking for a master room with ensuite Move-in 29 March | Inspection available from 24 March
Hi!
We are Sia and JC, a Korean couple moving to Brisbane on a working holiday visa. We’re currently looking for a room.
Our move-in date is March 29, and we are available for inspections from March 24.
We are clean, respectful, and easy to live with. We always keep shared spaces tidy and enjoy a calm and comfortable home environment.
Both of us have previous experience working overseas, and we have also lived with roommates before, so we understand how to share a home respectfully and considerately.
We are planning to work in the hospitality industry, and we also have savings from Korea, so there will be no issues with paying rent on time.
We are looking for a master room or a room with a similar size, preferably with a private bathroom (ensuite).
We are friendly and enjoy socializing with people, but we also respect personal space and value our own private time.
We also love animals, so if you have a cat or dog that would be a big plus for us! 🐶🐱♥️
Important:
For safety reasons, we will not make any payments or sign anything before seeing the property in person. We are also looking for a place where a proper written rental agreement/contract can be provided for both sides.
We are responsible tenants and happy to communicate openly with the landlord or housemates.
