My name is Joshua, but most people call me Josh. I’m currently in my last semester of my Master’s degree

I love being outdoors, whether that’s playing sports, exploring new places, or sightseeing. I really value a clean, calm, and comfortable space to live in and always make sure to be considerate of the people I live with.

I’d say I’m great to live with because I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I really value a peaceful and comfortable home environment, so I always do my part to keep shared spaces tidy and organized.

I’m also considerate of other people’s routines and personal space, while still being friendly and social. I enjoy getting outdoors, playing sports, and staying active, so I usually keep a balanced lifestyle. Overall, I’m reliable, approachable, and easy to get along with.
