I will fully sponsor his rent. I am a company manager in China with an annual income of approximately AUD 100,000, and can provide proof of funds (AUD 32,000). Rent will be paid on time, so you can rest assured about financial reliability.
We are looking for a quiet, respectful household. Jianuo is non-smoking, does not drink alcohol, and keeps shared spaces clean. We are ready to move in immediately and are committed to a long-term stay.
