Hey there everyone I’m Liam, 28 years old from the UK. I am currently looking for a short term rental somewhere in Perth for 3 months, preferably not too far from the beach or the CBD. I work a full time job during the day and in my spare time I like to play sports, go to the gym, go to the beach, and take part in any kind of outdoor activity! I am a non smoker who takes pride in being respectful and clean when sharing a house, a liable tenant with history of gaining my bond back in the full amount to prove I treat the property I live in with full respect.
