Im working full time on the Torrens to Darlington tunnel project in st Mary’s .
I’m looking for a whole house to rent ,or a room in a nice place with only 1 or 2 max other tenants.
I’m at work pretty much all the time but when I am home I’m tidy , very respectful , I like trying new restaurants on nights out but also love a night in .
Have a full rental history with ledgers and references .
I have a full house of furniture but I’m flexible to look at storage if a place is furnished .
Budget is up to about 700 per week for full house .
And about 400 for a room depending .
