Hi guys I’m 19 years old I have to move from where I’m living currently soon because my housemate is moving out and I can’t afford the house on its own. I can’t afford bond but I can afford $340 a fortnight (I’m on Centrelink at the moment) and I’m happy to organise to pay off a bond until I can get a job and then start paying a little extra as well as my partner contributing to rent if he moves in as well. I’m hoping to stay kind of local to Smithfield, Liverpool area so that I’m close to family I am quiet, I keep myself busy and I’m pretty introverted I don’t like partying or anything like that. I also do have a partner so we are hoping to find a place that can hopefully accommodate the both of us we occasionally drink and smoke and we do vape but we are happy to vape outside if need be. I am a gamer, as is my partner and we both go live on TikTok a fair bit as we are trying to raise money for mental health but we prefer to keep to ourselves
