My current housemate is looking to move out with her partner when our current lease ends in March. I have the option of extending the lease by 12 months, but preferably am looking to start a new place or join an existing place with 1-2 people.

I work part‑time between clinic/sometimes WFH, and also head out a few times a week to see friends/family + for pilates/gym/rollerskating.

At home I usually cook a couple of nights a week and like to keep on top of laundry/cleaning, also like craft, crosswords, board games and reading. I am not too fussy about cleaning, more so like to keep things in their spots + like equal share of house things.

I am usually happy keeping things quiet/doing my own thing in the evenings, either alongside what housemate/s are doing or in my own space, also like a chat + hangout at times.
