I am a male postgraduate student currently studying at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). I am looking for a quiet and clean place to live so I can fully focus on completing my studies.
I am a non-smoker, do not host parties, and always take good care of the property I live in. I keep my room and shared spaces clean and tidy and respect house rules.
Ideally, I am looking for a private room with my own bathroom, or an ensuite. I would prefer a property on a higher floor, and one that is conveniently located near supermarkets and public transport.
As I am very study-focused, I hope to live with quiet, responsible housemates who are respectful and willing to maintain a clean and comfortable shared living environment together.
