I’m moving to Queanbeyan and will be working as an ECT teacher. I’m currently looking for a room near Crestwood (all-female household preferred).

Move-in date: Around 5th of February
Length: Flexible / open to discussion

What I’m looking for:
• A private room with an ensuite bathroom or a
separate bathroom (not a shared bathroom)
• All-female household preferred
• Rent around $200 per week (negotiable)
• Bills included preferred, but flexible
• Fully furnished preferred
• Easy access to public transport

A bit about me: I’m responsible, quiet, respectful, and reliable, with a solid rental history in Melbourne. I enjoy a clean, calm home environment and am easy to live with.
