Hello, I am a 24-year-old first-year UC Nursing GE student.

I am currently looking for a place to move into on May 5.
I live very quietly in my current home, clean up promptly, and always try to be considerate of others. Because my study load is quite heavy, I usually spend most of my time at the library, so I am unlikely to cause any noise at home.

I also love animals, so I am happy to live in a home with pets.
Since I need to focus on studying, I prefer a place within a 5–10 minute walk to UC, and anything over 20 minutes would be difficult for me.

I would prefer the room to include a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair.
I already have my own blanket, pillow, and bed cover, so those are not necessary.

I am looking for a home where we can respect each other, be considerate, and value personal space.
