I’m a 23-year-old female student who will be starting a Master of Nursing practice (GE) at the University of Canberra this February. I’ll be arriving in early February and am currently in Korea, so I’m happy to communicate via chat or arrange a video inspection if needed.
I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who values good house manners and keeping shared spaces tidy. At home, I usually spend my time studying or relaxing, and I prefer a calm and comfortable living environment rather than parties.
I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I live a responsible and tidy lifestyle. I’m looking for a place where everyone respects each other and communicates well. I’m hoping for a long-term stay (minimum 6 months to 1 year or longer).
As I don’t have a car, I’m only looking for places within a 10–20 minute walking distance from the University of Canberra (UC).
