Hello, my name is Jacob and I am a school leaver who will be studying nursing in Canberra in 2018. I am a very clean person and like to keep my spaces neat and tidy, I'm not shy of a good conversation and I enjoy the company of others. I am hoping to find somewhere to live as soon as possible, if you have ANY questions please don't hesitate to ask, I will be more than happy to answer them to the best of my ability. Thank you.
I am a third year uni student studying law & economics, while working part time. Very clean, easy to get along with, and I'm not very loud. Independent and will largely keep to myself during the semester, but I'm also quite sociable and fun to hang out with. I am also a non-smoker.
I'm Easy going, 17 and just got offered a 12 month traineeship with the APS in Canberra. Moving interstate from Brisbane, Queensland and looking for somewhere to live for at least 12 months, as I do not know anyone in Canberra, I would prefer to stay in a share house, then live alone. I have extensive experience living with people other than family, as I attended and boarded at a boarding school for three years. I mostly keep to myself, however I'm always down for a chat, great to get along with and can socialise with people of all ages. I know how to cook and clean up after myself, and I also understand the concept of personal space. Flexible with rent, bills and internet.
Hi, I'm a quiet, independent, clean and respectful full time accountant. I've lived in three share houses over the past 8 years and made some friends along the way. I like science, technology (will fix all your IT problems) reading, Reddit, gaming and watching TV shows/movies.
My name is Lachie and I'm starting in the public service in February 2018. I clean up after myself and am very easy to get on with. I am more than happy to run errands to the bottle-o or KFC (as I am a regular customer). I'll do my fair share in terms of housework, garden maintenance as well as shopping duties.
Hi there! I'm Tash, I'm going into my last semester of a Bachelor of International Relations at ANU, and will be commencing a Masters program in July 2018 while working part-time. I am currently as a primary school support/admin assistant and a swim coach/pool supervisor (if you haven't already guessed, I love working with kids). I am often found roaming Canberra's latest coffee hotspots, working or at the gym, but I also love to relax with a cup of tea, and I have an obsession with the Lifestyle Home channel that doesn't reaaaaally seem to fit with my age, oh well. I like to be organised, which helps my productivity and mindspace, and I will always contribute to making the house clean, tidy and well cared-for. I am easygoing and willing to chat, but I also value privacy and personal space. If it sounds like I may be a good fit as your next housemate, please send me a message! I am also keen on teaming up with up to two other likeminded people to find our perfect place!
Hi there, I’m currently looking at moving to Canberra from Western NSW to work as a Drone Technician/Pilot. Looking to find a place to stay or find some cool people to team up with to organise a flat. Bit of background on me, I’m a 20 near 21 year old guy from a farm near Nyngan, NSW. I’m a big tinkerer, love working with technology and robots/drones. I’m big on mountain biking and do most other sports and like keeping fit. I love reading and watching the odd movie and tv show. A big passion of mine is travelling and photography/video editing, especially with drones. I like to think that I’m a reasonable cook but I will definitely be referring to my mother haha. I like being social and look forward to making some new friends, but I do appreciate downtime and I especially know how to give people space. Anyway just let me know if you would be interested in sorting something out. Cheers Marcus
I came from Indonesia, but I've been in Canberra for almost 4 years now. For the first three years I was a student/part timer, but now I'm working as a cleaner in the morning, and a freelance video producer for the rest of the day ( I graduated last April). Loved sport, especially basketball and weightlifting. I'm easy-going, tidy, and responsible.
I am moving to Canberra in late January to begin a graduate role in the APS. I am clean and tidy and am willing to help around the house. In my spare time I enjoy reading or playing sport, particularly cricket and field hockey, but enjoy most sports. I am considerate and I think easy to get along with and am hoping to meet people in Canberra. Let me know if I would be a good fit for your place.
I am moving to Canberra from Melbourne to start a graduate role with the ACTPS. I like cooking, sewing, singing, and movies. I'm usually pretty busy in Melbourne, and I'm hoping to find some new hobbies! I'm tidy and respectful, and not really into big parties. I have furniture in Melbourne which I am happy to bring with me if needed (including all whitegoods). I also have a two year old indoor cat that I would like to bring with me, but who may also stay in Melbourne with my brother for the time being. She's sweet and happy, doesn't really bother people, and has a rear joint displaysia which means she can't jump onto kitchen benches, and can't free-range outside. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in a quiet, laid-back house. Ideally with heating and cooling, off street parking, and some kind of outside space.
Law graduate heading over from Melbourne to start in one of the APS Graduate programs in Canberra. I am a clean, respectful and environmentally conscious person who knows how to balance my downtime with a good wine and cheese night :D
I am a 32yo female from the sunny island country of Singapore and I am a public servant (for the past decade). However, I will be furthering my studies in the University of Canberra come Feb 2018 for 2 years. I keep a fairly active lifestyle in Singapore e.g. kickboxing, slow jogging, walks, gym, just picked up tennis, cycling etc. but i do enjoy my personal downtime. I don't drink and I don't smoke. I have to admit though, I have never lived in a shared house but I have also never had any issues traveling/sharing rooms with strangers and acquaintances. We always become friends =) I'm looking forward to this new experience!
Friends call me Kichu. I'm moving to Australia from India for my PG @ ANU on Feb 1, 2018. I like to sing, percuss and read. I can get along with any personality or culture. I am a good teacher and can talk about science, technology and Indian music for all day long. I love pets even though I don't have any. I play CoD and CSGo. I'm a GoT BBT fanboy. I'm new to Australia might need help in adjusting to it. My budget is $125 - $140 per week.
Hi my name is Maddi, I am 21 years old. I am moving up from Melbourne to be apart of the Centre of Excellence for volleyball at the Australian Institute of Sport. I will also be working part time and studying nutrition online. I am very clean and respectful of other peoples privacy but am also very social. I am bringing my tabby cat Oscar up from Melbourne. He is a very friendly cat who spends most of his time outside or sleeping. I have previous experience of living out of home as I have lived in the US and Sweden.

My name is Mark, I am 20 years old, currently studying at UC. I am very friendly, tidy, clean and organised. I do not like to drink a lot, only occasional 1 or 2 beers. I am very pet friendly, and good with kids. I love to keep myself busy so I have recently started a second job to fill my empty times while my uni is on break.
